If I could give this 4 1/2 stars I would. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it isn't as easy to set up as a Graco model. I have been able to set up the Graco practically one-handed. The Baby Trend sides are more difficult to get up, and they don't snap to let you know they're in place. Go to the page in the manual on setting it up to get tips before getting frustrated and thinking you've wasted your money. Also, the bottom has a twist and pull rather than just a pull like the Graco. But, once you know what you're doing (I tend to set up without reading the manual first) it's no big deal.
I visited my mom and didn't want to pay to check the pack n play at the airport which they were going to make me do ($35 each way since it was considered a second bag). So, my mom and I went out to get this for my 10-month old to sleep in. I wanted to get the most basic Graco, but my mom was paying and wanted me to have all the extras. Since she was paying I let her pick. We have a basic Graco pack n play with bassinet, and a second nicer Graco at home with the changing table, side organizer and mobile. However the changing table on the Graco must come off before you put the baby inside, yet it just sets on top. So, when you're done with it you just have to set it against the pack n play on the floor. It's a pain. Also, the mobile on the Graco model is just a couple of animals that dangle. The Baby Trend model has a mobile that not only plays music, but moves the animals in circles. When I pushed the changing table over, it covers the sides its hanging over, which was nice since my mom's guest room is a lot brigher than her nursery. So, I put that side towards the windows which helped darken the pack n play for my daughter to sleep better. I also liked this model because the mesh was a darker color, which could be the case on other pack n plays. But, our basic Graco pack n play has cream sides, and its harder to see through. That doesn't affect the function, but its just a little thing that's nice.
The model we got had a diaper stacker, but not the full on side organizer, so I didn't have the issue with it getting in the way of the changing table when I flipped it over. I'm not sure if there is a way to remedy that.
But, I was nervous to get an off brand for fear that it would be a flimsy pad and difficult set up. But, everything was sturdy and the mobile was awesome because my daughter loves her mobile in her crib at home. So, it helped her settle down since she was sleeping in a new place. The pad was very sturdy, and much more sturdy than our basic Graco (around $70). It was comparable with the sturdiness of our more expensive Graco with all of the features of this model. Not only was the board of the pad just as durable, but I think the soft part of the pad may have been a little thicker than the foam padding on the Graco. My daughter slept very well in it.

As a bassinet, this product has been great! My two and a half month old has slept in it almost every day since birth. As a playpen, it also has been amazing. However, the mobile is kind of flimsy, and uninteresting to my little one, so I removed it. Also, the changing table attachment doesn't lie flat when attached, so baby rolls towards the inner edge. Overall it has great basic functions, but the add-ons are lacking.

I got this play yard as a gift from my co-workers. I am so glad they thought to get me this, because I didn't think to / couldn't have bought one for myself! I used it with my little guy as a changing table and a second bed in the living room. We never could get the changing hammock to lay level, so my little guy with low muscle tone was always rolling to one side, and if he peed mid-diaper change it would all pool on one side (maybe that was a good thing, LOL!). The assembly instructions were not super clear, but I managed to figure it out okay. Like a lot of baby products, the monkey mobile doesn't really move for more than a couple seconds. The play yard part of it is pretty much like every other play yard; its just the changing hammock that was sorta cheapo. The parent organizer tray and diaper stacker worked just fine for us. My favorite thing about this is actually the color and theme. It's somewhere between olive green and jungle green--very pretty. The bed has jungle animals appliqued on it, which I loved. The wheels allowed me to move it from room to room, but it has a very wide turning radius; you really need a wide open space to fit it through a door, and even then you have to take the changing hammock off to fit through most standard doors. Or, you can just fold the whole thing down to move to another room. I'm sure there are better ones out there, but this works fine if you are on a budget.
